Please join me, Weed Warriors, students and neighbors at Ft. Reno Park for another round of invasives removal! We made a sizable dent in the invasive load with multiple events last winter and this spring. We’ll pick up where we left off. Bring a bypass pruner. We have lots of trees being invaded by ivy and porcelainberry. I’ll have some tools and gloves.
The location is off Nebraska Ave. between Connecticut Ave. and Tenley Circle. There is a small parking lot at the end of Ft. Drive and that’s where we are meeting and working. Sign up link here.
